Sweet Healthy Super Easy Tahini Cookies
I love chalva it always reminds me of my home back in Israel – they are yummy , super easy , healthy cookies that taste exactly like chalva – I would double the recipe because as soon they are out of the oven they are gone … I use sadaf tahini – which is similar by taste to the Israeli tahini – you can get it at balboa international market.
1/2 cup tahini paste
2 cups all p flour
1/2 cup sugar
100 gr melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 f
Mix all the ingredients together
Make small ping pong balls
Arrange them on a sheet pan with parchment paper
Bake for 15 min
Tip : if the dough is too dry add more tahini paste
